The Freeze, Curve, Force and Extreme are not approved but could be approved in the near future via the NEN guidelines for European member states.

A helmet is not mandatory in the Netherlands for vehicles under 25 km/h. This does not detract from the fact that we are always at the forefront of safety and advise to wear protective clothing, a helmet and the like. 25 km/h is quite fast and with the relatively small wheels it is advised to be very careful. Do not do weird things with the scooter, pay attention for your own safety and that of other road users.

Make also sure that the anti-slip layer on the footboard is coarse and not slippery by mud or other filth. Check the rear brake and the engine brake for performance.
Finally, make sure that the battery is recharged every now and then and free of frost after long periods of time.
The batteries of the Skotero scooters are of high quality and of LG or Life4po. The batteries can always be recharged in between without any problems. It is not a problem to charge at the office with the battery charger in your bag. It does not shorten the life of these great batteries.
